01—The engine
No end-of-day export. Ever.
Most POS apps sync to accounting later and leave someone to reconcile the difference. BIZA's counter lives inside the ERP: the sale is the accounting, so the Z report, the payment records and the ledger always agree — and the dashboard shows all three side by side.

02—Offline first
Keeps selling when the internet does not
Sales, returns, counter open and close and cash movements are saved on the device first and posted from a queue — in order, exactly once, with a reason shown for anything the server refuses.
- Receipts print immediately; the invoice number follows when the sale syncs
- Idempotent replay: two offline sales are always exactly two invoices

05—Promotions and loyalty
Deals the billing counter applies on its own
Percentage or amount off, fixed price, buy-X-get-Y, bundles — automatic or by coupon code, limited by customer group, schedule and usage. Price lists with quantity breaks per group or terminal. Loyalty points, gift cards and store credit that post to a liability, not to revenue.

06—Cash control
A drawer that is always explained
Cashiers are real users who switch with a PIN, so every sale, void and drawer open names a person. Shifts open with a counted float and close with a blind count; every cash movement has a reason; the dashboard flags the shifts a manager should look at.

POS questions
Does the POS work offline?
Yes. Sales, returns and counter actions are saved on the device and posted from a queue when the connection returns — in order and exactly once. Receipts print immediately; the invoice number is added when the sale syncs.
Which receipt printers and cash drawers are supported?
Any ESC/POS thermal printer (Epson TM series and compatibles, Star) over the network, or through the computer's print queue for USB, serial and Bluetooth, on 58 mm or 80 mm paper. A drawer plugged into the printer opens on cash sales and from an audited Open drawer action.
Is it a separate app from the accounting?
No. The billing counter is part of BIZA: every sale posts an invoice, a journal entry, stock movements and payment records in one transaction. There is no export, import or day-end sync.
Can I run a restaurant on it?
Yes. Set up floors and tables and the same counter handles orders, kitchen tickets and a kitchen display, split bills, tips, service charge, waiter phones and QR ordering at the table.
Does it handle ZATCA, GST and VAT receipts?
Yes. Country packs set the receipt title, fiscal QR, tax-id label, HSN/SAC column and local tenders — Simplified Tax Invoice with the ZATCA QR in Saudi Arabia, Tax Invoice with GSTIN, HSN and a UPI scan-to-pay QR in India, TRN in the UAE.
Can cashiers share one counter?
Yes. Each cashier is a user with a PIN; switching signs the next cashier in as themself, so every sale, void and drawer open names the right person. Lock counter hides the screen without closing the drawer.
